Design and Construct are currently recruiting for an Estimator with Commercial glazing experience. Our client is a leading innovative south Sydney based Commercial Glazing sub contractor who specialise within the Commercial, Hospitality and Luxury Residential sectors.

To be successful in this role you will be required to have a minimum of 5 years local estimating experience, previous Commercial Glazing experience is essential combined with excellent negotiation and client /sub-contractor management skills. A working knowledge of V6 Estimating software is highly desired although training can be provided. You will have a proven background submitting successful detailed tenders whilst forging strong relationships with suppliers to improve profitability and meet agreed budgets.

In return the successful candidate will be rewarded with the opportunity to make this autonomous role your own and develop a new estimating department. A highly completive salary package is available around $100K, negotiable depending on skills and experience.
