Consumer Retention Marketing Manager - 3 Mobile (Contract)

This is a maternity leave contract for 9 months.
Managing a small team, you will get to develop and manage the retention and loyalty plan for 3 Mobile’s Postpaid Consumer customer base. You’ll take care of identifying reasons for churn, producing the strategy to manage this and you’ll oversee all churn related campaigns. You’ll also run ongoing pricing strategy to support the upgrade programmes.

Using your experience leading churn minimisation, upgrades and retention channel management and strong exposure to CRM, your analytical background and previous experience developing and executing strategic plans will be well utilised in this role.
