This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your exceptional customer service and negotiation skills whilst breaking away from the traditional call centre environment. You will be joining a newly established collections team responsible for soft collections of debts up to 60 days in arrears. This is not just your average collections role but one that is rewarding and offers high levels of job satisfaction as you will play an integral role in assisting others to further their career through study.

Your key accountabilities will include:
-Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
-Chasing payments between 0-60 days overdue and negotiating payment plans.
-Ensuring that calls are answered efficiently and that an excellent level of customer service is offered at all times

You must be an enthusiastic, highly motivated team player with exceptional communication and 6 months outbound call centre or collections experience.
